PMA to Exhibit at the ABA Dispute Resolution Section Spring Conference, April 18-21, 2012

PMA is proud to once again exhibit at the ABA Dispute Resolution Section's annual Spring conference.

Date: April 18-21, 2012

All are interested in the leading ADR techniques and philosophies both domestic and globally. The Conference typically draws 1000 or more attendees.

The theme of the Conference builds on the Section’s initiative this year of leading by promoting civil discourse. How do we as dispute resolvers lead critical, emotion charged discussions civilly working with people in opposite corners to collaborate and come to consensus? There will be multiple events promoting civil discourse. The Thursday morning plenary will feature Moty Cristal, an experienced Israeli crisis negotiator, who will frame the challenges that negotiators and mediators face in low to no trust environments. On Thursday afternoon AmericaSpeaks, a leading facilitator of large deliberative process demonstrations, will lead a series of facilitated discussions on credentialing dispute resolution professionals. In addition, the Friday morning plenary will feature a discussion of the movie, “The Interrupters.” This award-winning documentary emphasizes innovative organization to halt violence.
