PMA Introduces Zero Administration Fee Mediation

PMA is pleased to announce our Zero Administration Fee Policy for all mediations set before April 1, 2010. If you book your mediation (any length) before April 1, 2010 PMA will waive its usual administrative charge of $100 per party per day ($300 minimum per day). The mediation can be scheduled for later than April 1st but all mediation fees must be deposited prior to April 1, 2010.

PMA Neutral Deborah Rothman to Speak at Beverly Hills Bar Association’s Litigation Luncheon

The Beverly Hills Bar Association will hold a lunch program titled: "Using Case Management Orders to Streamline Arbitration & Save $$$." The luncheon will be held at noon on September 9 at Lawry's Restaurant. PMA Neutral Deborah Rothman, Esq. will be a speaker.

PMA to Support Constitutional Rights Foundation Annual Benefit

PMA is a supporter of the Constitutional Rights Foundation, Orange County 2009 Annual Benefit, "Legacy: A Celebration of Law and Learning." The benefit will be held October 8, 2009 in Costa Mesa, California.

The Constitutional Rights Foundation – Orange County (CRF-OC) is a non-profit, non-partisan educational organization dedicated to involving and empowering youth to become active, responsible citizens. Established in 1981, CRF-OC combines a variety of education formats, outside of the traditional classroom, with hands-on experiences and direct contact with individuals who make systems of business, justice and government work. Community partners from the worlds of law, business, government, education and the media participate in and support of CRF-OC. Each year, over 10,000 young people and volunteers from Orange County’s various communities participate in CRF-OC programs.

The 2009 Legacy Benefit will honor the Honorable James P. Gray (Ret.), CRF-OC’s Judge of the Year, and the Honorable Linda L. Miller, of the Orange County Superior Court. Attorney Gay Geiser Sandoval, Esq., will be honored as the Attorney Volunteer of the Year, and The Allergan Foundation will receive the Community Partner Award.
