CAALA's Annual Las Vegas Convention is the largest convention of plaintiff trial attorneys in the nation. It features two and half days of educational sessions presented by the nation's most accomplished trial lawyers, jurists and legal consultants.

PMA Introduces Zero Administration Fee Mediation

PMA is pleased to announce our Zero Administration Fee Policy for all mediations set before April 1, 2010. If you book your mediation (any length) before April 1, 2010 PMA will waive its usual administrative charge of $100 per party per day ($300 minimum per day). The mediation can be scheduled for later than April 1st but all mediation fees must be deposited prior to April 1, 2010.

PMA to Exhibit at the California Employment Lawyers Association Annual Conference
PMA will be an exhibitor at the California Employment Lawyers Association Annual Conference. The conference will take place October 2-3, 2009 in Oakland, California.
The California Employment Lawyers Association (CELA) is a statewide organization of attorneys representing employees in termination, discrimination, and other employment cases.
