Laura J. Kass-Moreno, Esq.

My objective in mediation is to move the parties beyond their adversarial positions to focus on their  actual interests. This is accomplished by utilizing a combination of insight, perseverance and patience. Mediation is a constructive and economically efficient method of dispute resolution. By providing the parties with an incomparable opportunity to be heard, we can customize a resolution designed to meet their particular interests. As a result of such productive dialogue, I have found that the parties have a far more vested interest in the outcome.
