Dana Susson, Esq.

Mediation should be a thoughtful, strategic, creative, unique and ultimately satisfying experience. I would characterize myself as a real “people person,” which translates well in the Mediation business. I attempt to create a safe environment in which litigants and their counsel can feel free to explore their differences, agree to disagree and resolve their disputes without undue complications. I treat all participants with the dignity and respect they deserve by agreeing to the process.

Biography

Dana Susson, Esq., is a dedicated neutral who practices throughout California and Nevada, and her enthusiasm and passion for her career of choice is obvious. During the last 10 years, Ms. Susson has served on three panel arbitrations, handling a wide variety of medical matters.  She has a reputation not only for being well prepared, but thorough, and is committed to giving each case the time and dedication that it deserves.

In her nearly 30 years as a litigator, Ms. Susson has specialized in personal injury, healthcare, medical malpractice and elder abuse, and was the managing partner of her firm. She spends what free time she has serving on various non-profit boards and committees while maintaining an avid interest in sports.  Ms. Susson is the National Chair of Men’s Volleyball at the upcoming 2009 games for the Maccabiah in Israel, and she is learning to play golf. The mother of two grown children, Ms. Susson and her husband Mark are also avid collectors of original illustrations from children’s books; their collection has been featured in magazines and news articles.
